Names: Karen is my real life name, and my in game name is jinzin =) (it is also karen, but i decided that jinzin is my main now)

Job in EO: on the main server im an archer, on this server i dont have one yet <=p (i very much love this server though!)

[Question Time]

Question 1:
As you know, on the server there will be slurs which are a no go zone.
If you were in a situation such as this, what would you do?
first foremost, i myself would not go there. if i caught anybody else doing this i would give them a strong warning, and if they continue or defy, then i will most likely ban them on the spot. (we do not want people like that here)

Question 2:
As the responsiblity of being a GM is hard work, for fun what
type of event would you host?
well i certainly love those events where you find people and things!! so more of those would be great. i was also thinking it would be cool to have parties and such (like spawning parties, where we spawn fun monsters in fun ways around the map? ). not to mention, racing!!!!!! i also think that social events are very important, and that everyone (admin or not) feels like family, so i think it would be really fun if everyone could get to participate in something like that! i would make sure to be active so i can keep the fun coming!! =-D

Question 3:
If your friends were to play what would you do? Would you give items?
Give them hints on the server?
well of course it could be tempting, but when it comes to being an admin i understand that i have a big responsibility and that picking favorites would not be fair to the other players. just because they are friends, i believe it still makes them on an equal level to other players.

Question 4:
If you started a fight, and you did start it, what would your responsiblity
be?
first off, this situation is my responsibility completely. i understand that many people have different opinions than mine, but being admin, i would need to directly acknowlege what i said -- if it relates to the server code -- why exactly i said it -- and if it was not, i will make sure to handle it all in a very calm manner (aside from taking FULL responsibility), making sure that players feel they are treated very fairly and with respect, fully acknowleging everything they've said.

Question 5:
As you know, the server will get a few hackers What would you do?
a hacker is a hacker, and of course, we do not want them here!!! a FIRM warning to them could be fair, but i think that when it comes to hackers, they should be suspended for a week, and if they keep hacking, or are harming the server very badly the first time then they are.. BANNED.

Question 6:
If your friend were to hack what would you do?
i would treat them as any other hacker. i probably would not want to even be friends with a hacker!lol XD i want to do my best to keep this server and its players safe.

Question 7:
If you abused the lvl3 GM powers you got, what do you think will happen?
im very aware that i would most likely loose my position and never be able to be admin again, on top of having a very bad standing with the server; letting the admins down.

no, i'd say im different. i feel as if im more mature for my age. i am very considerate and i care about everyone no matter how different i am from them. I am very honest and straightforward when it comes to duties, and i feel very strongly when it comes to fairness and justice. though when it comes to punishment, i can handle it the right way and i dont get out of control (online especially)
im also a very positive person!! =D and when it comes to crazy situations, its easy for me to stay calm and optimistic for everyone.
im very good-humored as well ;P and im learning spanish if that even counts, lol!!

ive been apart of endless online (the main server) since version 23. so i'd say i have alot of experience with the game in general.
i have alot of enjoyment doing things for other people rather than for myself, and along with that, i hope to make things as clean, >> RELIABLE << (very important to running a server), and fun for EVERYONE!!

The application would have to be one of the best and the longest i've seen so far within the EO-private server business.

As you may know i am younger than you ;3 Due to the honesty level and the amount you play in the server, I'll consider this application and see forth of Admin's approval.

If he don't like it then Try again ;3
